Food It goes without saying; food is necessary for life. However, if you are gluten free like me, eating can be complicated. That basically means that all wheat and oat based products are off the menu, and believe you me wheat is everywhere! The good news is being gluten free makes room for fresh fruits and vegetables, high quality proteins, and lots of innovative new gluten free recipes of pancakes, cornbread, and my favorite — blueberry muffins. My quest to find gluten free options has helped me to discover great restaurants and chefs that create wonderful dishes filled with flavor instead of flour.
